Friday Night Lights

My town had its annual Christmas parade through downtown on Friday. My family and I haven't been in many years but this year we made sure to attend because my grandma was going to be on the senior citizens float. Her and her friend Gail had the best time waving to everyone as they passed by. She's such a go-getter and I hope to be as active as her when I reach senior citizen status. My mom, brother, and I reminisced of past Christmases and checked out the holiday window displays. I think it definitely got us feeling the spirit of the season.
